Jason Harley, a personal trainer with Medical Fitness Pros in Katy, earned his
International Youth Conditioning Association Certification. The IYCA
certificate is the only true youth certification available to fitness
professionals. Only three known IYCA certified trainers reside in the Greater
Houston area. In order to become IYCA certified, one must go through a
background check and complete a series of tests.
“He is an asset to the programs we feature that are designed for kids. With just
a handful of personal trainers certified in the Houston area, we are lucky to
have him,
” said Jason Hodge of Medical Fitness Pros.
Passionate about keeping Katy kids fit, Harley heads up the home school fitness
program at Medical Fitness Pros. Classes of 12-15 participants are designed to
teach home-schooled children a variety of sports and games to ensure optimal
fitness and participation.
