“This house fits all our needs,” she says. “Teenagers, animals, you name it…. it’s home to us.”
“Us” includes their sleek black cat, Gracie, who follows visitors from room to room,
guarding the place as though it
’s her palace. Wenka, their German Shepherd, barrels down the hall from kitchen
to sunroom, ringing a bell on the doorknob with her nose, signaling time to go
out.
“I think they love the place too,” says the homeowner. “But what’s not to love? They have their run of the place.”
