Rice Harvest Festival
The annual Rice Harvest Festival Photography Contest reception was held at Country Park Portraits. The photography contest had a record number of
entries this year. There is much excitement and anticipation for next year
’s event.

Pattison Pink, It’s a Matter of Principal
Pattison Elementary School participated in the 2009 Komen Houston Race for the
Cure on Oct. 3 at Sam Houston Park in downtown Houston. Pattison teachers,
parents, friends and children walked in honor of Principal Debbie Barker. It
was described as a very emotional and inspiring event.
